The bedroom is air-conditioned, with a queen bed, its own ensuite bathroom and a bathtub. Outside are the pool, the gazebo with a party speaker and a covered sit-out, all inside the gated Villa Montana estate.

Good to know
À la carte is available too: Indo-Chinese starters, fried rice and noodles (₹200 to ₹250), pakoras, vada pav, egg dishes, tea and coffee, and veg or non-veg thalis at ₹250 / ₹300.
Pre-order at least a day ahead. Food is sufficient but not unlimited, and it is not included in the villa price. Restaurants are 30 to 45 minutes away.

How many guests can the villa host, and what are the sleeping arrangements?
Sihra Villa hosts up to 10 guests. The air-conditioned ensuite bedroom has a queen bed and a sofa-cum-bed, there is a double bed in the studio living room, and extra mattresses are available at an additional charge. The base rate covers 6 guests; extra guests are ₹500 per person per night.
What are the check‑in and check‑out times?
Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be possible depending on availability, at ₹1,000 per hour.
Is full cooking allowed at the villa?
No, full cooking is not allowed. The kitchenette is for warming food, making tea or coffee and keeping drinks in the fridge. Home-style meal packages cooked by the caretaker’s family can be pre-ordered, and restaurants are 30 to 45 minutes away.
What are the pool and community rules?
Pool timings are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No diving or jumping, and no drinking or smoking in or near the pool. Smoking and drinking are permitted inside the villa but not in the common areas of the gated community. Celebrations are allowed with prior host approval; loud music late at night is not.
Is there a power backup?
Yes. An inverter and a generator back up the lights and fans during a power cut. They do not run the air conditioners.

No, the villa is not pet-friendly.

Yes. There is parking for 3 to 4 cars inside Villa Montana’s secure compound, 2 minutes from the villa.
How do I reach Sihra Villa?
The villa is in the Villa Montana gated community near Vare Village on the Karjat-Murbad Road. A private vehicle is recommended. The nearest railway station is Neral (about 11.5 km); a pickup can be arranged on request, by rickshaw for ₹250 or eco van for ₹500.

Sihra is a family villa in a quiet gated estate. These rules keep it calm for your group and the neighbours.
- Quiet hours and pool timing
The pool is open 8 AM to 10 PM. Keep music low late at night with doors and windows closed, so nearby families rest easy.
- In the pool
No diving or jumping. No food, drinks or smoking in the pool, it makes the water murky.
- A family-first villa
Sihra Villa is made for family stays, reunions and friends who want the place to themselves. Celebrations are possible with prior approval, but loud music and events that disturb the neighbours are not.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property.
- Smoking and alcohol
Permitted inside the villa, but not in or near the pool, or in the estate’s common areas. If rooms smell of smoke, a ₹1,000 fine applies.
- Parking
Park only in the marked area inside Villa Montana’s secure compound, 2 minutes from the villa.
- Extra guests
The rate covers 6 guests. Extra guests are ₹500 per person per night, up to 10. Extra mattresses on request.
- Security and privacy
A gated estate with CCTV across the outdoor areas. Please lock doors and windows when you go out.
- Valid photo ID
Government photo ID is required for every guest, as local regulation requires.
