Smoking & Drinking: Allowed only within the villa compound but not inside the rooms. Please hash in ash tray and don’t litter.
Please do not smoke in the common areas of the gated community, as it is not allowed.
Parties: Allowed with prior approval and applicable charges
Visitors: Not allowed beyond booked guests (special permission at host’s discretion)
Noise: No restrictions generally, but cooperate if the caretaker requests volume reduction after 11 PM
Pets: Not allowed
Parking: 3-4 cars available, 2 minutes from the villa
Kitchen: Mini kitchenette only – warming food, tea, coffee (no full cooking)
Security: Close doors/windows when out, CCTV monitoring for safety
Damages: Minimum Rs. 2,500/- fine or repair cost (whichever is higher)
Network: 50 MBPS WiFi available, mobile network limited due to hill location
Power: Electricity outages common – inverter & generator backup for fans and lights (can’t use AC, TV or geyser on generator)

Standard/Moderate Cancellation Policy:

In case a Guest has booked online on the website, he/ she is entitled to a full refund if he/she cancels the confirmed booking up to 15 days before the Date of Check-In (before 2 PM)
For any bookings made on public holidays, weekends, or festival dates, the cancellation period will be 30 days
If the Guest cancels within 15 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever.
